Navigating the Menopause Transition
An Interactive Virtual Workshop
Sunday, January 25
2:00-4:00 PM Pacific · 5:00-7:00 PM Eastern
Navigating the Menopause Transition is a live, interactive virtual workshop for anyone in the menopause transition, whether that’s pre-menopause, perimenopause, or post-menopause.
Not sure if this applies to you?
That’s very common.
Perimenopause and menopause don’t arrive in a neat or predictable way. Symptoms often show up across the body, the mind, and daily life — sometimes in ways that are hard to name or recognize. Many people are left wondering not only what is happening, but where they are in the process or if they are in the process at all.
This workshop offers a grounded, supportive space to pause, take stock, and orient yourself — without needing to have it all figured out first.
What we’ll explore together
This workshop combines education, reflection, and facilitated conversation to help you:
Better understand where you may be in the menopause transition based on patterns in your body and lived experience
Identify common (and not-so-common) symptoms across physical, emotional, and cognitive domains
Normalize the wide range of ways perimenopause and menopause can unfold for each person
Make space for emotional and identity shifts such as grief, anger, clarity, and growth
Learn simple, accessible embodied practices to support nervous system regulation
Leave with a clearer sense of where you are and how you want to move forward
Although participation is encouraged, sharing is always optional. You’re welcome to engage at whatever level feels right for you.
Who this workshop is for
This workshop is for you if:
You are a woman, non-binary person, or transgender man
You may be in perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause
You feel like something is shifting, even if you can’t fully name it yet
You want support that goes beyond symptom management
You value both practical guidance and thoughtful, human conversation
You want to feel less alone in this transition
You do not need to be “new” to menopause to attend — all points along the journey are welcome.
What to expect / how to prepare
This is a live, virtual workshop facilitated in a supportive circle format - it combines education with reflection, optional sharing, and supportive conversation. The goal is not just to deliver information, but to reduce isolation and help people make sense of where they are in the transition, together.
Participants are encouraged to:
Join from a private space if possible
Wear comfortable clothing
Have a pen and paper nearby for reflection
You’re always welcome to participate at whatever level feels right for you, including keeping your camera on or off. Sharing is always optional.
Sliding scale pricing
The standard cost for this 2-hour workshop is $40. If a lower price point would make participation more accessible, you’re welcome to use one of the discount codes listed in the purchasing platform.
