About Me

I’m a Seattle-based menopause doula providing non-medical, one-on-one support for people navigating perimenopause and post-menopause.

I have seven years of experience working in women’s health clinics, along with formal training as a menopause doula, and membership in The Menopause Society.

My work is grounded in evidence-based menopause education and a deep understanding of the physical, cognitive, and emotional changes that can occur during this stage of life and how those changes can impact work, relationships, and self-identity.

I help clients make sense of what’s happening in their bodies, navigate symptoms and solutions more effectively, and follow through on changes that support their health and well-being.

I work alongside healthcare providers to reinforce care plans, support patients between appointments, and help clients feel more prepared, informed, and supported throughout this transition.

My Background

  • Whole-person support that considers physical, emotional, and practical needs

  • Collaborative with medical care, not a replacement for it

  • Personalized, not one-size-fits-all

My Approach

Available for virtual one-on-one support across Washington and beyond, and for in-person workshops and speaking engagements.
