Navigating the Menopause Transition
An Interactive Virtual Workshop
Thursday, July 30
6:00-8:00 PM PDT | 9:00-11:00 PM EDT
Navigating the Menopause Transition is a live, interactive virtual workshop for anyone in the menopause transition, whether that’s pre-menopause, perimenopause, or post-menopause.
Not sure if this topic applies to you?
That’s very common.
Perimenopause and menopause symptoms can show up in your body, mind, and daily life in ways that don’t necessarily scream, “HORMONE RELATED!” A lot of people end up wondering if they are in the transition or not.
If you are a person born with ovaries and are in your late-30s or older, it’s likely you’re at least approaching perimenopause, and maybe having symptoms already. Menopause itself may be easier to identify, but its symptoms are just as varied and surprising.
This workshop offers a supportive space to pause, reflect, and orient yourself wherever you are in the menopause transition and even if you aren’t there yet.
What we’ll explore together
This workshop weaves together education, reflection, and somatic practice to help you:
Better understand where you may be in the menopause transition
Recognize common (and not-so-common) symptoms across physical, emotional, and cognitive domains
Create space for emotional and identity shifts such as grief, anger, clarity, and growth
Explore simple, accessible embodied practices to support nervous system regulation
Leave feeling more confident in where you are and how you want to move forward
Who this workshop is for
This workshop is for you if:
You are a woman, non-binary person, or transgender man
You want to understand perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause
You want support that goes beyond symptom management
You value both practical guidance and thoughtful, human conversation
You want to feel less alone during this transition
You do not need to be “new” to menopause to attend — all points along the journey are welcome.
What to expect
This is a live, virtual workshop. It combines education with reflection, optional sharing, and conversation. This workshop isn’t just about sharing information; it’s about easing isolation and creating space to make sense of this transition alongside others who are in it, too.
Participants are encouraged to:
Join from a private space if possible
Wear comfortable clothing
Have a pen and paper nearby
You’re welcome to participate in whatever way feels most comfortable for you, including keeping your camera on or off. Sharing is always optional.
Sliding scale pricing
The standard cost for this 2-hour workshop is $40.
If a lower price would make participation more accessible, sliding-scale discount codes are available at checkout.
